THERAPY - for Individuals

Are you feeling sad or frustrated due to the lack of close, satisfying  relationships with a partner, family members, friends or yourself?  Together, we will set a course of action to help you feel connected  and loved. I will help you explore and resolve issues that may be  keeping you from the joys of intimacy.

You will learn and practice  new ways of communicating about your thoughts and feelings that  allow you to share who you are, and at the same time allow you to  clearly see your partner. Your new skills and confidence will create  wonderful new possibilities for you to love and be loved. I have  experience working with issues related to trauma/abuse, anxiety,  low self-worth, and depression. Sessions are typically 50 minutes;  longer sessions are available by request.
