ABOUT - Approach

Whether you are in a relationship or want to be, I will help you gain the confidence and skills to create and sustain a deeply satisfying relationship. You can work with me on your own, or with your partner to identify your relationship goals and any issues holding you back. My approach includes a few components:

Communication Skill Building: While most of us were not taught how to have healthy, vibrant relationships with safe, honest communications, where we remain calm while listening to emotionally charged or negative feelings – we can learn how to have them. Once I help you learn how to communicate in a clear, loving, non-blaming way, your potential for intimacy and joy is greatly enhanced.

Self Discovery and Mindfulness: I often use a process called inquiry work to help you explore and resolve patterns learned in childhood, so you can be more present and intimate. Getting in touch with your feelings, thoughts and actions through mindfulness is very helpful as part of your journey to love.  I often recommend meditation to help clients become more self-aware, centered and at peace.
